• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

• Customers are requested to carefully review their order before making the payment.

• In rare cases of wrong product delivery or damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will review the case and may provide a resolution at our sole discretion.
