1705

Shri Priyadas Ji was summoned to the royal court of Emperor Aurangzeb & Bahadur Shah Zafar to present his finest attar creations in his wooden peti hung to his chest.

1805

Shri Ghanshyamdas Ji created ‘Navratna’ a blend of 9 attars, famed for giving coolnessin summer & warmth in winter. Later, the firm was estabilished in the name of Priyadas Ghanshyamdas Perfumers (presently Mehkaas).

1895

While transferring attar from one vessel to another, Shri Ram Sharanlal Ji noticed a dark new fragrance forming. He named it ‘Kala Attar,’ later known as ‘Kala Bhoot’ which became worldwide famous.

1945

In 1945, a customer from Iran sought something unique. Shri Shyamvihari Sugandhi invented and perfected Juhi Attar, a which later became world famous.

2015

Since 10 years, Shri Namit Sugandhi, has led our legacy, inventing attars that marry tradition with modern tastes.

His creations have quickly become market favourites, keeping our 300-year craft alive for a new generation.
